Managing Partner and President, Board Certified Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist

Dr. Yoo started Heart Rhythm Specialists in 2019 in order to integrate state of the art science and technologies with the personalized approach to clinical medicine. With his extensive background in engineering and research he has been able to create a new kind of practice to cater to the specific needs of the human condition. He enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as traveling the world teaching and sharing knowledge.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Diane earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has more than 13 years of experience in acute and critical care. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for over 5 years. When she’s not caring for patients, Diane enjoys dancing, swimming, hiking with her family, and is an avid reader.

April joined the Heart Rhythm Specialist team to help the clinic bring a strategic and results-driven approach to daily clinic operations. She plays a key role in enhancing communications, supporting efficiency and growth of the clinic. 
With over 20 years of experience in customer relations, including medical management, retail management, and successfully running her own business, she offers a well-rounded perspective on both patient experience and operational excellence. Known for her proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, she is dedicated to fostering a seamless, patient-centered environment while supporting the clinic’s continued success. 
She has been married to her husband for over 20 years and has a wonderful daughter.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets, painting and exploring new artistic hobbies.
