For All Patients: If you have already contacted us through one channel of communication, whether it is through the chatbot, email, or mobile, please refrain from utilizing another channel if you have not yet received a response. Our staff at Heart Rhythm Specialists will contact you as soon as possible.

For Current Patients: If you would like to refill medication, be cleared for surgeries, or similar services, please do so through the Athena Patient Portal. This way, our communication will be documented in your chart automatically. If you have accessed Athena and still have questions, please contact us through one of the listed channels.

  1. Save our main number (972-372-4505) in your cellular device as “Heart Rhythm Specialists.” 
  2. Go to messaging under your saved “Heart Rhythm Specialists” contact.
  3. Place your Full Name, Date of Birth and a detailed message and press SEND!

Email us!

1. Go to your email account, click “NEW MESSAGE”, place info@hrsmedical.com in the “TO” section.
2. Place your Full Name, Date of Birth in the “SUBJECT” line.
3. Type out your detailed message & Press SEND!

Use the Athena Patient Portal!

1. Text our Main line to verify that we have your Cell Phone & Email correctly in our system.
2. Go to hrsmedical.com, click “Athena Net Portal”.
3. Set up your Patient Portal Account.
